About
Parent Support Program Gentle support for parents, children, and teens—at your own pace Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling and support feels out of reach. Therapy can be helpful—but it isn’t always accessible due to cost, waitlists, or time. This Parent Support Program was created for families who need understanding, guidance, and emotional support right now. This is not therapy. It is a supportive, educational, and reflective program designed to help parents feel less alone and more grounded—so children don’t have to carry everything through their behavior. What this program offers A gentle introduction to attachment and emotional regulation in everyday family life Support for parents who feel tired, unsure, or overwhelmed Simple, realistic ways to understand children’s behaviors through a relational lens Art-therapy–inspired activities to help parents slow down, reflect, and regulate A calm, non-judgmental space that focuses on connection—not perfection This program meets parents where they are, without pressure to “fix” anything. Who this program is for This program may be a good fit if you: Want to support your child but feel stuck or exhausted Are waiting for therapy or cannot access therapy right now Feel unsure whether you’re “doing enough” as a parent Want support that feels gentle, practical, and emotionally safe Prefer a self-paced program you can access on your own time You do not need any art experience to participate. How the program works Self-paced: join anytime, move at your own rhythm Short videos and guided reflections Simple art-based activities using basic materials No live sessions, no deadlines, no pressure to share You can return to the content whenever you need support. An important note This program is not a replacement for therapy. It is a supportive option for families who may not be able to access therapy at this time, or who want additional guidance in everyday life.
