I am Yoonjin, an art therapist, working with individuals, groups, children, and families.

All About Me

My name is Yoonjin Park and I was born and raised in Korea. I moved to Canada 14 years ago with my family and I live in a rural Saskatchewan. I am a professional art therapist, CATA #57527609, Registered Psychotherapist(qualifying) #13427 and a professional member of CCPA #11242785 and I work with children, youth, families, groups. I am a spouse, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, and friend. I love music, art, plants and cats.

Art therapy is such a gentle way to reflect and heal individual's or family's sensitive and vulnerable inner wound. Art has its own power to find our inner voice and heal our hidden wound. I trust the process of art making, sensing, marking, connecting, building, and healing... Every one of us has healing power and I just help you out to find it and develop it with you.

I work both online and in-person and I provide free online Meet & Greet session(30min).

About Art Therapy

Art therapists facilitates a non-verbal means for individuals to connect with and express thoughts and feelings that are difficult to communicate due to the person’s age or challenging experiences such as trauma, cognitive issues or physical health conditions. Through the use of art-making, discussions and reflections on the artwork, and relationship building, art therapists support individuals in problem-solving, developing insights and self-awareness, improving self-esteem, managing stress, and enhancing interpersonal skills.
