Art of Your Journey
Art therapy is a process that combines creative art activities with psychotherapy to help individuals explore their feelings, reconcile emotional conflicts, foster self-awareness, manage behavior, and promote insight. The process begins with an assessment of the individual’s needs and goals, followed by the creation of a personalized treatment plan. During the therapy sessions, the individual is encouraged to express themselves through the use of art materials such as paint, clay, and collage. Here are some art works from my clients. Every process of their art making is meaningful to my client and it is a step to another step of healing, development and connection.
