About Us
We provide art therapy sessions for family, children, youth and neurodiverse individual and group online and in person. Free 30min Meet & Greet session will guide you to the most suitable therapy sessions. (both online/in-person sessions available)

Weekly Art Class: every Tuesday 3:30 to 5pm(children), 5:10 to 6:30pm(teens) Friday 5:00 to 6:30 pm (Small group Art/Craft)

Online Art for Teens & Young Adults: every Monday 8pm CST

Every Wednesday Neurodiverse Group session (4:00 - 5:00pm)

Art & Wellness for Women: every Saturday 10am at 221 Main St. Humboldt
Since I started art therapy, my friends, neighbors, local businesses, teachers, nurses, community members, previous clients approached me and kindly shared their art supplies with our studio. This helps my sliding scale clients and volunteering work in our community. My clients and I love small boxes, hard covered books, old buttons, yarn, used toys, stickers, pebbles, old magazines etc. Please email me if you are interested in donating your items.
